To better meet the increasing demand of PTZ cameras and its accessories, the LX-ePed is now renewed as the LX-ePed 2 and the LX-ePed 2 Studio with new exciting features.
These new successor models now include position presets and support IP connectivity & serial communications when combined with the new MPC-1 optional multi-protocol converter. 
The remote controlled LX-ePed adds the elevating element to the PTZ camera's pan, tilt and zoom features. This will provide more angles of view and make setup adjustments easier.The original column mechanism minimizes wobbling and twisting in the pedestal's up/down movements. Additionally, the column is mechanically controlled with precision in order to offer seamless start & stop movements, which makes these electric pedestals well suitable for on shot scenes.
With the MPC-1, the LX-ePed 2 and LX-ePed 2 Studio can be operated by PTZ controllers and the original PC application, LX-ePed PC APP, offering a variety of optional settings.

Includes an adapter with a 1/4" screw and the BL-F adapter with a 3/8" screw. These adapters not only support PTZ cameras, but also support a wide variety of items equipped with a 1/4" or 3/8" entry that can now be placed on the LX-ePed 2 & LX-ePed 2 Studio.
By removing the included BL-F adapter, a 100mm ball video head can be mounted on the LX-ePed 2 and LX-ePed 2 Studio. In addition, by using the optional AD-75 adapter, a 75mm ball video head can be mounted as well.
